Also message that you want an online-consultation, and request mode for online payment of fee. You will be given online payment method. After payment of fee (Rs.500), you will be given video consultation appointment time. Appointment slots are generally available for 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After appoinment is fixed you can do video consultation by whatsapp video call.

Whatsapp messages are read only 2-3 times in a day, so do not expect immediate response. Usually whatsapp answers are given during 2:00-3:00 PM and 8:00-9:00 PM. Whatsapp messages are free, and is for patients with prior clinic prescription. With message you have have to send the photo of last prescription.

Patients are not seen in emergency. In case of emergency, you have to contact any of your nearest hospitals or you can attend following hospitals:
